Saturday the 9th of November, commencing 11.00am
It will last no longer than two hours and we’d really love to see you there!

So, what can you expect?
After our Acting Chairperson has welcomed everyone, & declared the meeting open, she’ll provide a
Summary of the year’s events so far, and what we’d like to try and achieve going forward.
You’ll then have the opportunity to ask questions. This is followed by:
Treasurer’s report and Approval of the Independent Examiner for the 2024 accounts.
Then another opportunity to ask questions.

Appointment of officers:
If you're a member, this is your opportunity to elect / re-elect officers to the Executive Committee. Or maybe even consider standing yourself? The positions for election / re-election are:
Chairperson
Vice-Chair
Treasurer
Secretary
Membership Secretary
Diversity Officer
Fundraising Officer/Co-ordinator
Ordinary Executive members
(Ordinary Executive members are important members of the Executive team, who help organise events and formulate direction, but have no specified role. There can be up to 3 of these).
Finally, the Acting Chair will draw the meeting to a close and we shall head to a local venue for a relaxing, after A.G.M. drink!
